1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is usually 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per design, color, or SKU. The exact MOQ depends on the pencil construction, printing method, material, and packaging. Projects using an existing construction or standard packaging may have more flexible starting quantities. Send us your requirements for a product-specific MOQ.
2. Can you manufacture pencils with our logo and packaging?
Yes. We provide OEM and private-label services covering barrel colors, surface finishes, logo printing, foil stamping, lead grades, erasers, ferrules, set composition, labels, and retail packaging. Please send your logo in an editable vector format when possible, together with any brand or packaging guidelines.
3. Do you offer ODM product development?
Yes. If you have a concept rather than a finished specification, we can help develop a suitable pencil and packaging solution based on your target market, sales channel, target price, user group, and order quantity. The final specification and sample will be submitted for approval before mass production.
4. How long does sample preparation take?
Sample time depends on the level of customization. Stock or reference samples can normally be prepared faster than fully customized samples requiring new colors, printing, components, or packaging. We will confirm the estimated sample time after reviewing your specification and artwork. Courier transit time is additional.
5. What is your production lead time?
The typical lead time for a customized bulk order is approximately 45 days after the final sample, artwork, packaging details, and deposit have been confirmed. Complex packaging, special materials, testing, and peak-season capacity may affect the schedule. A confirmed delivery plan will be included with the order.
6. What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and pro forma invoice. T/T bank transfer is commonly used for export orders, typically with a deposit before production and the balance paid before shipment or against agreed shipping documents. Other arrangements may be discussed according to order value and cooperation history. Never send payment to an account that has not been verified through our official contact details.
7. How do you control product quality?
We work from the approved specification, artwork, and sample. Quality checks may cover incoming materials, pencil dimensions, lead performance and centering, surface finish, printing position, color consistency, assembly, packaging quantity, barcodes, and shipping marks. A final inspection is completed before shipment. Third-party inspection can also be arranged at the buyer's request.
8. Can you provide EN 71 documentation?
Supporting EN 71 and LHAMA compliance documentation is available for relevant products. Because compliance depends on the exact materials, product design, test scope, and destination market, buyers should tell us the required standard before ordering. Where necessary, testing for the final customized product can be arranged through an agreed laboratory, with cost and schedule confirmed in advance.
9. What shipping options are available?
Orders can be shipped by courier, air freight, sea freight, rail, or another agreed method depending on volume, destination, budget, and required arrival date. We can provide export packing information and coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder. If you need freight assistance, provide the delivery location and preferred Incoterm so the available options can be reviewed.
10. What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Please send the product type or reference photo, dimensions, lead grade or color requirements, barrel material and finish, logo artwork, packaging format, quantity, destination country, and required certification. If some details are not yet decided, tell us the target market and target price range and we can recommend a practical specification.
